RYUGU SUSHI

Sushi is one of the most popular Japanese dishes and Ryugu Sushi is one of the best places to enjoy it. The restaurant is located in the luxurious Park Hyatt Tokyo hotel, which overlooks the cityscape. The sushi here is some of the freshest and most delicious you’ll ever taste. The restaurant also has an extensive menu with something for everyone. Whether you’re a sushi lover or not, you’ll definitely enjoy your meal at Ryugu Sushi. The fish is fresh and expertly prepared, but if raw fish isn’t your thing, then there are plenty of other options on the menu as well. One of my favorites is salmon teriyaki – grilled salmon marinated in soy sauce, sake, sugar and ginger. I usually order this dish without rice because the salmon itself is so flavorful that I don’t need anything else to fill me up. Plus, it’s easy to take home leftovers! They also have many vegetarian and vegan-friendly options like vegetarian udon noodles. The service is impeccable – they come around frequently to refill water glasses and bring out food. Prices are a little high (even by Tokyo standards) but worth every penny. For dinner time reservations, I recommend booking 2 weeks in advance! And when you arrive, be sure to stop by the concierge desk and ask them about any special events happening during your stay.

This Michelin-starred restaurant offers a seasonal kaiseki menu that features the best of Japan’s produce. The restaurant is located within the luxurious Park Hyatt Tokyo, so you can expect excellent service to match the incredible food. Make sure to reserve a table in advance, as KURU is always in high demand. #3 Barilla: Located at the very heart of Ginza, Barilla is a chic Italian eatery. It specializes in hearty dishes with pasta being their specialty. With marble floors and elegant lighting fixtures, this eatery provides a quiet place to enjoy dinner with friends or family. As soon as you enter, you’ll be greeted by courteous staff who will guide you through the space. And if you’re feeling adventurous, they offer a wide range of wines from all over Italy and other parts of Europe
