Discover the Ravaging Beauty of Patagonia and Fall in Love All Over Again

The landscape within Patagonia is wild yet barren, and no one can ever get enough of the massive peaks that jut out of the ground, let alone the rushing rivers and an oasis that seems to continue until eternity. One of the reasons this destination looks so magnificent is because it is not trampled on by millions of tourists every year. While you may think that you need to skip this part of the world to leave it undisturbed, you don’t. However, you must appreciate the beauty surrounding you and simply use caution to not ruin what happens to be the most breathtaking part of the world.

One of the first things that you should do when you arrive in Patagonia is taking a glacier cruise. Imagine seeing panoramic views of the glaciers, while bright blue icebergs poke out of the water nearby. None of the boats will get too close to the glaciers, because these glaciers will calve, or have ice fall off, without warning. Therefore, no boat wants to be too close when the entire face of any of the glaciers comes off. There are multiple glaciers to see, so you will need to find your own personal favorite out of all that you see.

After a quick hike along Cerro Llao Llao, you must continue down to Villa Tacul, which is a tranquil beach, and you can go swimming in the sparkling water there.

If hiking is not your thing and you want to spend more time in the water, then snorkeling over in Reserva Loberia de Punta Loma is the way to go. While in the water, you will see lots of marine life, but it is the sea lions that you will really want to keep an eye out for. You can only be in the water for twenty minutes since this is a protected area. However, the sea lions will reward you with their antics on land once you are back on the shore.

This remote city is filled with secrets that you will have you discover on your own, but the one must-do thing is sailing through the Beagle Channel. You will be amazed at how mesmerizing this part of Patagonia is and while you may have thought you were leaving afterward; you are going to find reasons to stay for as long as possible.

Patagonia is going to change your life for the better, so go, explore, and learn how to find love and beauty that you never knew existed.
